ZC Uses Allegro BITMAP fonts, not TTFs, or Suitcase BITMAP fonts (if you remember these, then like me, you are older than dirt). If you wish to modify the internal fonts, you will need to open fonts.dat using Grabber (see Grabber.txt), but if you want to CREATE fonts that Allegro can use, you will want to do it with FontEd. This utility can be used to create or modify bitmap fonts, or to CONVERT TTFs into BITMAP fonts that Allegro can use. FontEd uses Allegro 4.2, so, on newer Windows systems it will exhibit the Alt+Tab bug that ZC (prior to 2.53.0) exhibited. I'm not going to go through the hassle of updating FontEd (or Grabber) to Allegro 4.4.3, if for no better reason than that FontEd has other dependencies that are not supported AT ALL by ANYONE, including alfont.lib. -Z
